Affordable Care

Professional counseling can be expensive. To help with the cost, we will work with your insurance plan to find the best course of treatment possible. If the counselor you are working with is not in-network with your insurance, or you do not have insurance and feel as though you cannot afford the help you need, we are committed to working with you to find an affordable rate. To make this goal obtainable for the majority, we do utilizing student counselors at a significantly reduced rate, however, if you are using insurance, this is not an option.

Accepted Insurance Plans

We are currently accepting insurance from the providers listed below. Please be aware that while we accept many different insurances, insurance itself is not a guarantee of payment, and benefits and rates vary for each unique plan. All plans are billed at our Usual and Customary Rate (UCR). If you have a high deductible plan, we do accept HSA programs. We will work with you and your plan to find the most professional and affordable care.

Some key definitions that might help you as you work through understanding how your insurance works:

COST SHARE: A GENERAL term that includes COPAY,COINSURANCE, DEDUCTIBLE, PREMIUM.

COPAY: A payment made by an individual in addition to the cost share an insurance company pays on the individual’s behalf.

DEDUCTIBLE: The amount the insured is required to pay prior to their insurance paying the whole amount of the office visit.

We currently accept EAP referrals from Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, Compsych, Curalinc, Charles Nechtem, Health Advocates, Kepro and Personal Assistance Services (PAS),

Please be advised you MUST provide the authorization code, referral form, or other confirmation at the time of registration, or service will be delayed until this information is provided.
