I have worked since 2019 as a Master Level Therapist and volunteered as a Therapeutic Mentor for Melbourne PAL since 2011. I have my Master's in Education and currently pursuing a second Masters in Mental Health Counseling. My previous experience is within the school board working with various school aged students within Brevard County Schools and facilitating Nurturing Parent Education and Anger Management groups for parents as a stabilization service to those reunifying with their children.
I am certified as a Child Welfare Case Manager and use both my experience and education to provide the most effective possible care for you and your beloved family. I am also trained in the Gottman Method of couples therapy and am enlightened in assisting clients who experience various sorts of distress within one’s marriage.
Personally, I’ve overcome major losses, which supplied me a passion to receive and undergo continuous training and certifications to assist and guide others to persevere through their trying times. My own life is living proof of my abilities.
Currently, I work with all ages as young as 5 years old. I love guiding children, teenagers, families and caretakers to learn helpful tools and gain education to overcome challenging thoughts, problem behaviors and experiences toward a well-being that works for individual or family.
In our sessions, you will receive a safe and comfortable environment with no judgement. I will show you how to be vulnerable and genuine by being that way myself. Transformations are my expertise and passion. A person-centered approach is my theory of choice. You are the expert of your life. You cannot control anyone else, but you can control yourself. Let’s start with you. Allow me to help guide you through your transformation.
